The Ceramic Experience

An award winning ceramic painting studio with a soft play area and a small café facility. They have a wide selection of suitable items for children to paint e.g. tiles, Christmas baubles, eggcups or small animals. Items can be tied to a particular theme to coincide with a current school project – dinosaurs, sea-life etc. Catering can also be provided as required.

We also offer:

• Warm Glass Workshops – create beautiful fused glass items such as tile bowls and jewellery
• Clay Modelling – use raw clay to model various items e.g. masks, coil bowls
• Enamelling – an introduction to this technique creating small items e.g. mobile phone charms

On warm days the painting tables can be set up outside allowing the children to enjoy the all the fun of painting their chosen piece while still making the most of the lovely weather.
